I'm Lily,
My story begins all over England where I grew up moving and living in different places. My early life feels shaped by these moves, having family members coming and going from boarding school and the military, and my dyslexia and dyspraxia. Not being from any place and being neurodivergent felt like an invisible disability that impacted my sense of self and relationship with others.

Since growing up I've spent my time living and working abroad and studying and working in the UK. I trained as a person-centred counsellor for adults, children and young people and knew the shoe fit for me! I loved being able to step into people's frame of reference, knowing people in this way and being trusted to support them in the most meaningful ways.

Many therapists relate to feeling like an odd-ball who found their place supporting others, and I feel absolutely the same! I am dedicated to helping individuals and families find meaning and understanding in each other so that people have the sense of belonging and "coming home" to each other.
